Using the Profile Turning Unit, profiles can be rotated for optimal stacking. All stacking instructions are centrally retrievable via the extrunet central control system.
Through weight measurement, length measurement and inline profile measurement, the quality of each individual profile is continuously monitored. In combination with state-of-the-art air management directly at the die via e:MAC-D, the melt flow of individual profile sections can be influenced. This allows for a reduction in profile weight through extrusion at the lower tolerance range while maintaining the highest quality.
