Modern Air Management.
Using cool or hot airflows directly at the die (e:MAC-D) or through cooling at the dry calibrator (e:MAC-C), defined profile sections can be kept automatically within tolerance during production. This allows deviations of up to +/- 0.2mm to be compensated for.
In combination with extrunet Inline Measurement e:PMC, a closed control loop can be realized: a self-learning and self-optimizing extrusion line.
All data can be recorded, analyzed, and retrieved for future productions.
