Critical profile sections can be locally cooled, allowing profile dimensions to be influenced during full extrusion operation. The flow is constantly monitored, and potential cooling issues are detected before they affect the profile.

  • State-of-the-art cooling water management – digital regulation of cooling water flows in the cooling calibrators.

  • Influence on profile geometry through local increased or reduced cooling.

  • Different cooling water temperature levels for special cooling, dry calibrator cooling, and cooling in the tool tanks can be implemented.

  • Cooling regimes for each tool can be stored and reproduced.
