Energy savings are achieved with up to 4 self-regulating, digitally controlled vacuum zones for supplying the dry calibrators.
For wet calibrators, speed-controlled side channel blowers and cyclone pumps are used.
Energy Savings with Vacuum Management.
State-of-the-art vacuum management with control valves. Required vacuum volume can be provided via one (preferably, for maximum energy efficiency) or multiple FU-controlled vacuum pumps. Vacuum levels are adjusted via control valves that draw vacuum from a large vacuum reservoir – preventing mutual interference.
