The Performance Line is an extrusion line for the highest demands and offers a high-end standard. It is available in a variety of configurations, including different lengths, widths, and energy-saving options.
The self-optimizing and digitally controlled extrusion line regulates all relevant operating resources such as material usage, cooling water, vacuum levels, energy (entire line), and the produced end product through automation.
Early warning of profile breakages and partial profile breakages – visually, acoustically, and digitally – already within the dry calibration phase.
Higher machine utilization and reduction of scrap and downtimes through automatic corrective actions in case of profile slippage.
Less setup time, more efficiency: With the side adjustment of the upper track, special cleats can be adapted to the profile geometry. In combination with the central digital control system, the correct position of the upper track is automatically retrieved.
