Your Responsibilities
Office Management
Handle general office administration and secretarial tasks
Manage the telephone switchboard and welcome visitors
Support organizational and administrative activities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across different departments
Marketing Assistance
Manage and further develop our social media channels
Create engaging photo and video content
Record, edit, and produce videos
Support the planning and organization of trade fairs, events, and company functions
Assist with marketing projects as well as internal and external communications
What We're Looking For
Completed commercial/business education (apprenticeship, business college, or equivalent qualification)
Recent graduates and career starters are welcome to apply
Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
Experience with image or video editing is an advantage, but not required
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a structured way of working
Friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
