In this role, you will take the lead on the creative side of the company, collaborating closely with our marketing team. You will be entrusted with a diverse and dynamic range of tasks, allowing you to leverage your expertise and actively contribute to the development of our brand communication.
We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in the relevant areas, who thrives on working independently and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
To ensure maximum flexibility, we offer up to 50% remote work, while also providing plenty of opportunities for creative collaboration within the team.

Your main tasks
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and develop our social‑media channels
Plan, create and publish posts, reels, stories and ads
Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Newsletter & CRM
Design, execute and send newsletters
Implement automated e‑mail campaigns
Analyse and optimise campaign results
Content Marketing
Research internal topics and produce text, image and video content
Build a consistent content strategy together with the team
Video & 3D
Produce, edit and animate videos
Create 3D animations / product visualisations
Photography & Image Editing
Product photography and video shoots, image editing
Create high‑quality visuals for print & web
Print & Graphic Design
Design printed materials (flyers, brochures, packaging, etc.)
Finalise artwork and prepare print files
Website Maintenance
Maintain and update our websites within the company group (CMS)
Optimise user experience and content
Support landing pages / microsites
Google Analytics & Google Ads
Set up, manage and analyse Google Analytics
Create and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display)
Analyse performance metrics and derive measures to improve reach, click rate and conversions
Your profile (what we expect)
Education or degree in graphic design, multimedia, marketing or comparable field
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
Experience with 3D‑software (such as 3DS Max) is an advantage
Confident use of social media and modern content formats
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads
Skills in photography and video editing
Creative, structured and solution‑oriented way of working
Bonus: experience with newsletter tools (e.g. Brevo) and CMS systems (e.g. Statamic, WordPress)
